Discreet & unobtrusive approach to wedding film making
I'm passionate about capturing weddings as they unfold naturally, focusing on real moments, subtle details, and the quiet beauty in between. No forced poses or staged shots, just authentic storytelling with a cinematic touch. My goal is to create a timeless film that feels true to the occasion. Using minimal equipment to stay low key, this includes my super 8mm 16mm film cameras and digital cams.

H EY - I'M TIM
est IN 2012 when I took my camera along to my sister’s wedding
Video for me began when I was still in primary school, filming family videos and random skits with friends. I got more serious a few years later on creating skateboarding videos which led to shooting music videos and docs. I still shoot music today. After my sister's response to her wedding video in 2012, I dove into wedding videography and haven't looked back. In the present I shoot weddings all over the world and I'm on Dad Cam duties for Max, Iyla & Bruno (the doggo) and my partner Louise.
Tim is THE BEST! He is an extremely kind and professional videographer. He was ever present, but not intrusive and therefore, he was able to capture the most amazing moments throughout all of our wedding celebrations.
The videos that he put together for us are so beautifully compiled. Gorgeous shots and an incredible timeline of the events… our wedding video feels like a movie! Could not be happier with his work!
After we watched the video, everyone in our family were laughing about how we would like Tim to video our day to day lives because he has such an incredible eye and touch!
Tim was absolutely brilliant working with us on our wedding day. In fact, so good, that we hardly saw him all day; yet the product at the end we can't stop watching. So carefully put together, so thoughtfully crafted and professionally edited and tweaked.
His ideas, his camera work, his syncing with audio - all totally brilliant. I can't recommend him enough. On top of all of this, Tim is a lovely man, friendly, polite, asks all the right questions, totally unobtrusive. Brilliant! Thank you so, so much.
We were absolutely thrilled with our wedding video and would highly recommend Tim for your wedding - he is so talented! So many special moments were captured in the film and it was the perfect summary for our incredible day. Every time we watch it we cannot stop smiling (and crying happy tears!) We will treasure this forever, thank you Tim :) Photographs are amazing, but there is something so special about having a video of all your loved ones - if you're unsure whether to book a videographer, do it! Tim and his second shooter were so discreet and unobtrusive on the day, our guests barely noticed they were around, yet they managed to film everything they needed. We got the video back very quickly after the wedding and Tim chose all the perfect moments to highlight and summarise our day, we even got to choose some of our favourite songs to be used in the background. The quality is superb and edited so well. The whole booking process beforehand was very easy, Tim was so professional and friendly and answered any questions that we had. All in all we could not be happier that we chose Tim to film our wedding day and would highly recommend.
We couldn't recommend Tim enough! He was friendly yet professional and put us at ease throughout our wedding with his skills. We wanted to find a videographer who captured the little, big moments of our day without being too 'in your face' which he did perfectly. Tim blended in to the background well yet our videos well and truly show how dedicated he was to capturing all aspects of our day from all angles.
Tim produced not only a 2.5 minute trailer for us but also an 11 minute video, both of which are truly works of art. The tone of the videos are exactly what we had imagined (only better!) with our requested songs overplayed perfectly.
Tim worked well with other suppliers such as our photographer and was a genuinely nice man! Thank you Tim for our videos, they are perfect in everyway.
We would 100% recommend Tim as a wedding videographer. The video he produced from our wedding is amazing - we hardly noticed he was there on the day, and yet he managed to capture all the little moments, all the things that felt important at the time and how we felt on the day perfectly. It has been amazing to watch back and we are going to treasure this video forever. We went for the cinematic style and the shots he captured were absolutely beautiful - and he somehow managed to capture them all whilst hardly being noticed!
He was also great to work with leading up to the day, really swift to reply to emails and answer questions which is much appreciated in the midst of wedding planning. Having been unsure about having a wedding video at all at the beginning of planning our wedding, we would now 100% recommend a wedding video, as it brings the day back to life again in a way photos alone can't, and 100% recommend Tim as the perfect wedding videographer! Tim's videos are outstanding, and only surpassed by his kindness & thoughtful approach to being at *your* wedding. (He's not kidding about the "unobtrusive" thing.) He really captured the spirit of our day, the joy of everything that happened, and so many special moments. (Thank you so much Tim!)
The music is perfect (especially the way he synchronised the backing music to moments from the band 😙👌), the lighting is superb (despite an overcast start to our day), and his offer to use 8mm film was one we were right to just trust (it really added some texture to the final edit & made for a really fun joyful party edit too!)
He also managed to catch so many moments from so many angles at the same time — we feel like we're *there* when we watch it (plus we have full videos of the speeches & the ceremony, as well as one for the whole day). Tim. Seriously. Are you sure you're not really a magician?
Tim did an amazing job with our wedding video. He captured the day perfectly and we cannot stop watching it! He also provided full footage of the speeches and the service. We found Tim on a recommendation from our wedding photographer, as we were desperate to find an extraordinary videographer to capture our day, in a similar style.
After our initial zoom meeting where we discussed what we were after, we knew Tim would deliver, and felt content that our filming would be safe in his hands.
He did not disappoint, we have watched, rewatched and watched again all of our edits.
Tim has an amazing talent of capturing all of those special moments without being intrusive. I barely noticed Tim at work during the day, so was amazed to see how much footage he captured.
